Batch and Serialized Inventory Tracking
When we pickup and process your electronics, we assign internal tracking numbers so clients have records for full chain of custody tracking. Specialty serialized tracking on a device level is also available but may incur a fee.
Free Recycling Pickup
Call us or schedule a time here to pick up your organizations old electronics. This service is free if your organization has at least ten computer or laptop devices within fifty (50) miles of Columbus, Ohio. Free pickup service can be requested by email or phone in other cases.
Value Added Resale (VAR) Service
Sometimes, organizations have valuable inventory that they would like to use our expertise and buyers’ list to sell. We can develop a profit-sharing agreement with your organization that lets you avoid all the processing work and fees, but pays a fair cut of the resale value.
Data Destruction Services
We provide a Certificate of Data Erasure that complies with HIPAA and DoD standards.
Data destruction services cost time and money, but that fee can be waved if you recycle the items with us. Otherwise, we can provide these services and return the items to your organization.
